Dried cranberries sweeten up this more-ish Weet-Bix slice from taste member ‘Ghosty99’.

75g butter, chopped

250g white marshmallows

375g pkt Weet-Bix, coarsely crushed

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

100g white chocolate, melted
Method

Step 1
Grease and line the base and sides of a 20 x 30cm lamington pan, allowing the 2 long sides to overhang.

Combine butter and marshmallows in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until butter and marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.

Combine the Weet-Bix, cranberries and choc chips in a large bowl. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Weet-Bix, quickly stir to combine. Spoon mixture into the prepared pan, use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

Place the white chocolate in a small plastic bag. Use scissors to snip one of the corners. Drizzle chocolate over the slice. Set aside to set. Cut into squares to set.
