  • 600g San Remo fresh egg fettuccine

  • 190g jar Leggos sundried tomato pesto

  • 1/2 cup (80g) pitted Kalamata olives, quartered

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh continental parsley

  • Parmesan shavings, to serve


  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water, according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup (60ml) of the cooking liquid. Return the pasta to the pan.

  • Step 2

    Add the reserved cooking liquid, pesto, olives and parsley to the pasta. Toss well to combine.

  • Step 3

    Serve the pasta topped with the parmesan shavings.
