  • 8 slices white bread

  • 1 x 185g can tuna in oil, drained

  • 1 x 310g can corn kernels, drained, rinsed

  • 100g colby cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves


  • Step 1

    Preheat grill on high. Grill bread for 2 minutes each side or until lightly browned.

  • Step 2

    Combine tuna, corn, cheese, mayonnaise and parsley in a bowl. Top toast with tuna mixture. Season with pepper. Grill for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
