  • 1 1/4 cups (360g jar) teriyaki and honey stir-fry sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

  • 8 Lilydale Free Range Chicken Drumsticks

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve

  • Steamed baby bok choy, to serve


  • Step 1

    Combine stir-fry sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a large, shallow ceramic dish. Add chicken drumsticks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if time permits.

  • Step 2

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a roasting pan with baking paper. Remove chicken from marinade and place in prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roast for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with rice and bok choy.
