Ingredients

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 small red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon plain yoghurt

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 garlic clove, crushed

8 (100g each) lamb leg steaks

Step 1
Combine parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, chilli, yoghurt, lemon juice and garlic in a large bowl. Add steaks. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours, if time permits.

Heat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade. Cook for 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Serve.
