1 Cadbury Flake chocolate bar, crumbled
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1 tablespoon toasted walnuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Make a slit in the banana skin lengthways, cutting into flesh. Fill cavity with chocolate, then wrap in foil. Place on a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate melts. Remove from the oven, carefully open the banana skin and lift chocolate-coated banana onto a serving dish. Add the ice-cream and sprinkle the nuts over the top. (You can serve straight from the skin, if preferred.)
