Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 red onion, finely chopped

2 cups (300g) Coles Brand Frozen Cranberries

1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar

1/4 cup (60ml) red wine

1/4 cup (60ml) red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method

Step 1
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until soft.

Add the cranberries, sugar, wine, vinegar and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, for 10 mins or until the sauce thickens slightly. Set aside to cool.
