2 wholegrain tortillas
1 tablespoon extra-light spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup canned no added sugar apple slices
1 tablespoon sultanas, chopped
Pinch ground cinnamon
Preheat a sandwich press. Place tortillas on a flat surface. Spread 1 side of each tortilla with cream cheese. Place apple, sultanas and cinnamon along 1 edge of each tortilla. Roll up to enclose filling.
Place in press. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tortilla is toasted and filling warmed through. Cut in half. Serve.
