Liven up baked veggies by wrapping them in salty strips of prosciutto.

5 slices prosciutto
2 bunches (about 20) baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled, stems scrubbed
125ml (1/2 cup) water
2 tablespoons honey
Cut each prosciutto in half crossways, then in half again lengthways. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around each carrot. Place in a baking dish.
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Combine the water and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle over the carrots. Bake, basting occasionally, for 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
