2/3 cup pouring cream
50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
30ml Frangelico or amaretto
Chocolate ice-cream, to serve
Stir pouring cream and dark chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour Frangelico or amaretto liqueur into a glass. Top with the chocolate mixture and scoops of good-quality chocolate ice-cream.
