2 teaspoons icing sugar mixture
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
2 tablespoons popcorn kernels
Combine icing sugar mixture and cinnamon in a small bowl. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels. Cover and cook, shaking the pan occasionally, for 6 minutes or until the corn has popped. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Sprinkle with the icing sugar mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
