These stuffed mushrooms topped with prosciutto and cream cheese are the perfect addition to any Summer evening meal.

  • 125g tub Philadelphia Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 12 medium mushroom caps, approx. 6cm with stalks removed

  • Garlic olive oil spray

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 100g prosciutto, grilled until crisp, broken into strips

  • Chopped chives, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Combine the Philadelphia and garlic.

  • Step 2

    Place the mushrooms onto a foil lined baking tray, stalk side up. Spray with the oil and season to taste. Cook under a preheated grill, medium heat for 6-8 minutes until just tender. Allow to cool slightly.

  • Step 3

    Spoon a dollop of the Philadelphia mixture onto the mushrooms, top with the prosciutto and a sprinkle of chives. Serve immediately.
